Xeno Prints provides print-on-demand fulfillment that publishes its decisions. Every order moves through a written checkpoint sequence; every operational change is logged before it reaches your buyer.
Two operating premises
Documented base sheet
Each base in our catalogue has a published spec sheet covering material, decoration receptivity, and packaging dimensions. No surprises at production time.
Written checkpoint pass/fail
Intake, file QA, decoration, packing, dispatch — each stage has pass/fail criteria written in advance. Failures are logged with reason; passes are signed off.
Honest correspondence
If a base is short or a decoration risks bleed, we tell you before production. We answer email within one business day.
Tracking on every parcel
Tracking numbers post back to your storefront within one hour of label generation. International tracked services available; carrier breakdown listed per destination zone.
Our intent
Fulfillment that respects both the buyer and the brand.
Most fulfillment failures happen in the unspoken middle — the bit between order placed and order delivered, where small misalignments compound. We try to remove that middle by keeping the studio small and the answers direct.
Our practice
A timeline you can hand to your buyer.
We commit to two to three business days for most decorated apparel and four to six for embroidery and small-run screen. If your timeline is tighter, we say so in writing rather than missing it quietly.
