— No. 01 / Manifesto

Print-on-demand, documented end-to-end.

Xeno Prints is a print-on-demand fulfillment service that publishes its decisions. Every order moves through a written checkpoint sequence, and every operational change is logged before it reaches your buyer.

— No. 02 / Sequence

A four-step sequence, in order.

01

Receive the brief

Send your storefront details, expected order volume, and the decoration methods you intend to use. We open a partner account within two business days and reply with onboarding next steps in writing.

02

Validate the file

Every artwork file passes a six-point pre-flight check (resolution, color mode, font handling, transparency intent, bleed, decoration compatibility). Mismatches are flagged in writing before any production cost is incurred.

03

Decorate and inspect

Production runs on the decoration method matched at intake. Each piece passes a documented file-versus-output comparison before being folded, tagged, and bagged. Misprints are caught and re-run before the dispatch desk sees them.

04

Dispatch with tracking

Labels generate at packing close; tracking numbers post back to your storefront within one hour. Domestic via USPS / UPS / DHL; international via tracked courier or postal services depending on destination.

— No. 03 / Premise

Two operating premises we will not negotiate.

Premise A

Documented checkpoints, not assumed quality.

A ‘quality control’ promise is worthless without checkpoints written down in advance. Every order passes through five operational stages with explicit pass/fail criteria. When something fails, the operator logs the reason; when it passes, we sign off.

The trade-off is honesty about scope: we cannot promise things we have not measured. The benefit is consistency that holds at one order or one thousand.

Premise B

Written deadlines, in your buyer’s voice.

We publish per-method production windows on every product detail page. Deviations are surfaced in writing within the same business day — not at delivery, not after escalation. The objective is timelines you can hand to your buyer without footnotes.

When tight deadlines arrive, we discuss them upstream rather than discover them at dispatch.

— No. 05 / Questions

Questions, answered in writing.

What is your turnaround?

Two to three US business days for direct-to-garment, sublimation, and small-volume screen runs from order confirmation. Embroidery and high-volume screen extend by one day for setup. Outliers are flagged in writing before production starts.

Is there a minimum order?

No MOQ. Sampling at one unit and bulk runs at a thousand pass through the same intake pipeline. Volume tier discounts trigger automatically at fifty, two hundred fifty, and one thousand units per SKU.

Which decoration methods?

Four core methods: direct-to-garment (photographic, small to mid runs), screen printing (solid colour, larger volume), embroidery (caps and chest marks), and dye-sublimation (drinkware, polyester, all-over apparel). Each product detail page lists compatibility.

International shipping?

Yes, via tracked postal or courier services depending on weight and destination. Duties and taxes default to recipient responsibility; customs documents attached to each parcel are listed in the dispatch confirmation.

How do I onboard?

Send a brief to [email protected] describing your store and intended volume. We respond within one business day with onboarding next steps and a sample order at no charge.

Ready when
you are.

A short brief, a sample order, a clear timeline. That is the entirety of onboarding.
